The T-BIP® - Matching of the Deutsche Telekom AG competency model with BIP®

Due to its suitability in reflecting their competence model, Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) makes use of BIP (Business Focused Inventory of Personality) across various personnel selection and development processes. In 2011, Telekom staff competencies were matched against BIP domains, applied online, and were finally implemented in the organisation. At the same time, the BIP® was extended by eight supplementary Telekom scales. Since then, the Telekom-BIP (T-BIP®), in English and German, has been employed in assessment and development centres throughout the organisation.
