Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality (TUOA/TUOP with NEO combined training course)
This course will qualify you to use ability tests from all the UK’s main publishers, and also qualify you to use the NEO Personality Inventory – 3, UK Edition (NEO-PI-3 UK). Guidance from the British Psychological Society (BPS) has been sought to ensure the online program continues to meet its standards.

The NEO-PI-3 is a measure of the five major domains of personality as well as the six facets that define each domain. It is recognised internationally as a gold standard for personality assessment. Hogrefe Ltd publish the NEO and standardised the assessment for the UK.
As part of the course, you will receive an invaluable copy of both the NEO Guide to Interpretation and NEO-PI-3 manual, also useful as a constant reference after you become qualified.
Duration
- 8 hours of pre-course learning and reading via our LMS - Learning Management System
- The course will take place over 3 days of live online training with a chartered psychologist and verified assessors using Zoom
- Approximately one hour’s work will also need to be completed each evening between the online sessions
- 5 hours of post-course work including individual feedback sessions with the tutors

Has extensive experience of working with individuals at all levels from employee to senior management and director positions, with a variety of global organisations and industries, including financial services, public sector, charities and professional services.
Wide ranging experience in the use of various psychometrics, in areas including individual and team development to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves and others focused on various applications such as communication, conflict, change, decision-making, managing stress and leadership development. Also experienced in the use of psychometrics in selection and recruitment alongside other assessment methods. An acknowledged expert in these tools through delivery of certification programmes for the relevant distributor.
