Business Psychologist Benedikt Oerters (M.Sc.) has been working as a Consultant at Hogrefe Consulting for the use of psychometric tests in human resources management since 2015.
After his studies of Business Psychology at the Business and Information Technology School (B. Sc.) and the University of Nottingham (M. Sc.), he worked as a Junior Consultant in the field of personnel diagnostics with a special focus on online-assessments.
Through his previous occupational background, he has knowledge and expertise in the area of test theory and diagnostics as well as in designing, implementing and evaluating personnel selection processes.
